LPG prices to remain unchanged in December, says BERC

The Bangladesh Energy Regulatory Commission (BERC) today said the prices of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) will remain unchanged in December.
The retail price of a 12kg LPG cylinder will stay at Tk 1,455, the same as in November.
The price per kilogram of LPG has been slightly reduced to Tk 121.25 from Tk 121.32.
The prices of other LPG cylinders, ranging from 5.5kg to 45kg, will increase in proportion to the price of the 12kg cylinder.
In November, the price of a 12kg cylinder was reduced by Tk 1 from Tk 1,456 in October.
Additionally, the price of auto gas (LPG used for motor vehicles) will remain at Tk 66.81 per litre for December.
In October, the price of a 12kg LPG cylinder had risen by Tk 35 to Tk 1,456, up from Tk 1,421 in September.
